:)

Pine flooring after sanding (before polyurethane).

One of 3 coats of water base finish.

Bona ordeless sealer.

This odorless sealer offers a whitewash appearance. Unlike a stain, multiple coats provide a deeper tone.

We don't suggest more than 2 coats.

Parquet flooring before sanding, Woodside, Queens.

Parquet flooring must be properly sanded. It's not the typical back and forth sanding. Call us for our expertise and FREE estimate - 347.401.8011

This is Saman water stain.

This product is approved for use in Manhattan doorman buildings.

What you see here is the backing or felt paper of old linoleum goods. Originally consulted for new wood flooring installation, we were able to salvage the wood to its glory days, saving them a lot of money.

This is what it looks like to sand pre-finished flooring. Grit used:  #36

Getting ready to coat the floor with Bona AmberSeal, a favorite of mine.

There are 5 other tones. This is the darkest of them all.

Bona AmberSeal yields a pleasant hue of amber. However, it will lighten up a tad. It dries within just 30 minutes at which time the first coat of a water base finish may be applied.

The creme de la creme - our preferred model - Bona Traffic HD. This water base finish performs just as well or, in some cases, outperforms oil base or polyurethane.

This product dries within 2 hours in most cases. It's also LOW VOC. This means it has a low vapor pressure at room temperature.

This is a very old floor. A rear 2" wide white oak, no longer available in most places.

Here's the same floor, sanded and finished using Bona Traffic HD. The sanding and finishing was a success.

It's a pleasure working with angled or patterned floors.

Bathroom remodeling projects. Here is a bathroom from a past client whose ceiling I fixed in 2023.

This is the before image.

Installing cement board.

We use high quality lasers to assure our guide lines are right on center throughout the installation.

We take great pleasure in remodeling bathrooms inasmuch as sanding or installing wood flooring, interior painting, and kitchen remodeling.

This is the finished work.

Client selected the paint & vanity.

It looks awesome!

Much THX to Gina for her trust in us!

(This is the 2nd of 4 bathrooms.)
